Elyzora is an AI zodiac personality simulation and relationship guidance app. This Privacy Policy explains what data Elyzora collects, how it is used, when it is shared with service providers, and how you can request support, access, correction, or deletion.

Information We Collect
- Account information, including email address and authentication identifiers.
- Profile information you choose to provide, such as name, gender, date of birth, zodiac sign, relationship goal, preferred crush gender, optional crush zodiac data, and profile photo.
- Conversation content, including messages sent to AI zodiac personas and AI Coach.
- Persona progress data, such as selected persona, relationship stage, trust score, mood state, memory summary, and chat history metadata.
- Compatibility inputs and reports, including zodiac signs and generated compatibility guidance.
- App economy data, including Hearts balance, daily rewards, rewarded ad claims, subscription status, and purchase-related records.
- Support requests, including category, message, account email, and related troubleshooting details you submit.
- Basic technical data needed for app operation, security, analytics, crash diagnosis, ads, purchases, and fraud prevention.
How We Use Information
- To create and secure your account.
- To save your profile, zodiac information, chat history, persona progress, and compatibility results.
- To generate AI persona replies, AI Coach guidance, daily insights, and compatibility reports.
- To manage Hearts, rewarded ads, subscriptions, premium benefits, and purchase status.
- To provide support, respond to privacy requests, improve app reliability, and prevent abuse.
AI and Relationship Guidance
Elyzora uses AI to simulate fictional zodiac-inspired personas and provide relationship guidance. AI outputs are for entertainment, self-reflection, and conversation practice. Elyzora is not a therapist, medical provider, legal advisor, or emergency service. Astrology and compatibility insights are not guaranteed truth and should not be treated as predictions about real people.
Service Providers
Elyzora may process data through trusted service providers that help run the app:
- Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and backend functions.
- OpenAI-compatible AI providers through backend proxy functions for AI responses.
- Google Sign-In and Google Play services for authentication, app distribution, billing, and subscriptions.
- RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management and purchase status.
- Google AdMob for rewarded ads and ad availability.
- Third-party horoscope or daily insight providers when live daily readings are enabled.
These providers process data according to their own policies and only as needed to support Elyzora features.
Purchases, Ads, and Subscriptions
Subscription and billing transactions are handled by Google Play and RevenueCat. Elyzora does not store your full payment card details. Rewarded ads may be used to grant Hearts or unlock certain reports. Premium plans may remove ads and unlock additional app benefits.
Data Sharing
Elyzora does not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with service providers as described above, when required to provide app features, comply with law, protect users, investigate abuse, or complete purchases and subscriptions.
Retention and Deletion
Elyzora keeps account, profile, conversation, persona progress, support, and purchase-related records as long as needed to provide the app, maintain security, handle billing records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can delete your account in the app from Settings > Account Security > Delete Account. This deletes your Elyzora account, profile, persona progress, Hearts, support requests, and profile photo from Elyzora systems. Payment processors and app stores may retain billing records under their own legal requirements. You may also request data access or deletion help by contacting elyzoraai@gmail.com.

Security
Elyzora uses backend services, authentication controls, access policies, and secure API handling to protect user data. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect personal data using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
Children
Elyzora is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal data, contact us so we can review and remove it where required.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as Elyzora changes. The latest version will be posted at this page with an updated date.
