Delete Your Account

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Elyzora and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Tap your profile picture, then open Settings.
3. Open Account Security.
4. Select Delete Account and confirm the deletion.

Account deletion is permanent. You will be signed out when it completes.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email Elyzora support from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject Delete my Elyzora account and include your account email. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

Data deleted

After a successful deletion, Elyzora removes the following from its active systems:

• Your Elyzora authentication account and profile information.
• Your uploaded profile photo.
• Persona conversations, memories, trust scores, moods, and relationship progress.
• Compatibility unlocks and saved compatibility-related account data.
• Hearts, daily rewards, notification settings, push tokens, and support requests.
• Subscription and Heart-grant records stored in Elyzora's database.

Data that may be retained

Elyzora does not intentionally retain your active account data after the deletion completes. Residual encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 30 days before automatic rotation. Google Play, RevenueCat, payment processors, or other service providers may retain purchase, transaction, fraud-prevention, or legal-compliance records under their own policies and applicable law. Elyzora cannot delete records controlled independently by those providers.
